A beautiful layout. It is as if within a forest. Thousands of trees, lakhs of bees, tons of butterflies.. Mango, bamboo, Pongamia trees. It is treat to see so many trees.

Don't get fooled if you run into real estate agents named Pradip Dixit and Ritu Dixit in Asha township. They talk sweet, take your money as advance amount and post that you get to know the real bad side of them. They just give you rosy pictures with absolute no consideration into legality aspect of property. Highly unethical and unprofessionals. Don't get in trap, avoid them at all cost.

Worth the drive, no doubt but unlike happy hours street dogs menace throughout the night. Afterall good for pets lovers unlike me at 63 years to take a risk. Let's also understand the final consequences of a dog bite of medical remedies fail initially.

Calm residential area away from the noise. Access to public transport is quite difficult. Essentials shopping options also very few within walking distance.

Very bad management, no proper road, no development of area where plots are sold as township plots, better get it writing when the basic amenities will be provided if planning to purchase plot n build a house

Should be called 4 stone developers-Low lying plots with no developmental work, drainage, electricity, ppr work or amenities Save yourself the grief and find a layout where development is likely to happen. Internal roads have been in disrepair for years, streetlights are far and few, layout is not compounded or manned properly by security, site numbering is absent making it a maze to locate for delivery personnel and they are proposing charging Rs3psft for maintenance when developer hasn’t even handed over all promised amenities in pristine condition like he is bound to. Don’t be fooled by the greenery you see as that is nature gone wild with no landscaping efforts on the part of the developers. Their word or commitment has no worth so plz discount and disbelieve everything they say. DO NOT pay booking amounts for undeveloped land here if you want to build a house-it’s a bloody scam. Took me 9yrs to get my site registered after paying half booking upfront and one-third again. Shifted into the layout on rent 4yrs ago on assurance that they will develop in 6mnths and handover, ended up commuting ridiculous hrs to workplace while paying rent till date. Kept stalling with reasons like government orders, rains, Ashada, Income Tax audit etc. Eventually had to settle for a smaller plot since the site committed to me was registered to someone else. Site itself was changed 4times in this duration. Eventually what I got is missing several critical documents including ones pertaining to DC conversion and originals are apparently confiscated by Income tax department until they clear crores of demand. Since registration in Jan 22 I don’t have access road to reach my site with clay soil offering no tyre grip/sinking, outside Bescom coverage with no consumer meter for electricity, most inadequate drainage adjacent to low lying Dodda Gubbi lake area waterlogged with half day rain (see pics). More than 1yr they are building the main drainage and it’s nowhere near completed. I might as well have brought free hold land outside and waited for the government to undertake development. In fact the metro in Bangalore has come up in far less time while these guys have still not developed said sites. They just put 4stones and give you a piece of land that is neither measured correctly nor cut up in shape as per plan. No matter how many times you go and try any number of approaches to make them complete the work they have been paid for, they will simply provide false assurance but since you have parted with your money, you are rather helpless with very few exit avenues. I am now paying for JCB, tractor, labour and what not over and above material cost to extract stuck vehicles and transfer from nearest pakka road. I am fairly certain there are others who have had similar if not worse struggles and I can assure you the only reason there are no such horribly poor reviews is because as a buyer once they have your money, they can easily hold you ransom to it while toying with your feelings, emotions, and sanity as you tirelessly pursue your hopes and dreams of owning a home. These people have no ethics or humanity so I am too fed up to tolerate and suffer in silence. My construction is moving at snail’s pace because of them with herculean efforts on my part and at the best I will have to buy gumboots and wade through water to get to whatever house I manage to build whenever that happens, maybe another 9 years at this rate! For the sceptics who might think mine is some isolated experience, they are repeat offenders when it comes to accepting multiple bookings against same site and then double crossing all invested parties. Do visit during rains and in the night to see for yourself whether those sites under development you are planning to buy are habitable or accessible and more importantly ask yourselves why after all these years also so many sites are still vacant. Veteran Asha Township site buyer 10 years and counting...

Its awsome greenery township but near by facilities are very little for family need. Definite resedential place for peace and green lovers. Though some people are living still you will feel aloof. It may takes few years to fully connected. I am looking for cornor plot in the first 10 crosses if any buyer willing to resale
